With comfortable classrooms, personalized teaching, qualified faculty and scholarship funds ALPI’s Studies Centre, incorporated to formal education, was the first higher studies in Latin America that provided motor and sensorial disabled students an academic space where they could get the technical training required in order to be productive in a very dynamic and competitive labor market, making their social integration easier.
Our focus in on the quality of our teaching and on the satisfaction of our students’ needs, ensuring that the graduates are capable of responding to the community’s needs.
Our mission, from this perspective, is to help our students design a new life project, enabling them to compete in the labor market or to change their futures.
Academic activities are organized to optimize the learning process. The modern educational proposal favors the student’s intellectual, personal and social growth, encouraging the development of critical thinking and creative ability.
Small groups ensure the best teaching and an adequate student-teacher interaction, and also offer the possibility of solving any problems regarding the teaching methodology.
The graduate’s profile is imbued with values, not only for himself but also for the company he may work for.
The students’ performance is reported periodically to the person who has generously donated the scholarship funds.
The Centre offers the students the opportunity of consolidating their studies with field work as a practical training experience.
The faculty is formed by professors with ample teaching experience and professional practice which allows them to bring the real work market to the classroom.
The Technical-Professional Improvement Department offers courses and seminars that are a permanent education offer, providing specific training in the professional field.
